A modern method of low impact movement, focusing on breath, muscular endurance and tone throughout all facets of the body. Our Pilates classes bring the energy and hype through our amazing instructors and great playlists to match.
BARRE
A Beautiful blend of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. This low impact fire cracker will have you feeling lengthened, strengthened, and toned flowing between the Barre and mat. This class is suitable for anybody who loves to move their body and have fun.
BREATHWORK
To balance all of the work throughout the week through movement and a busy life, take a moment to sink into yourself and your fundamentals with a slow and intuitive breathwork session resetting the nervous system and bringing you back into a parasympathetic state.

Our 1:1 sessions offer a personalised approach tailored to your individual goals, abilities, and needs.
